How do I place a custom order?

Choose the product you'd like, choose the size or enter a custom size, then upload your artwork. Most of our products require you to upload your own logo or artwork.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files such as AI or PDF, but we can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Please make sure you're artwork is high-resolution and in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, TIF, SVG, , AI.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product and order size. Standard orders typically ship within a few business days; larger or highly customized orders may take longer. 

What materials do you use?

We offer a range of materials, including durable premium vinyl for stickers, PVC, pulpboard, wall vinyl, . Each product page lists the materials and recommended uses. 

What is your return policy?

Because most of our products are custom made, we generally can't accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right. 

How much does shipping cost?

All of our products count with free shipping! No need to worry about shipping instead just focus on what artwork you'd like on your product.
